It moved across continents, cultures and industries: from running my own B&B and a travel agency in Chile to managing administration in several companies. Travel has always been my heart. Meeting people, discovering places and experiencing different cultures gave me a deep understanding of what hospitality truly is — not a service, but a feeling.
